We have the ability to offer high quality LIVE virtual sessions as well as full compliment of LIV Fitness on demand classes available.  This means that no matter where your team is working from or what their schedule is, there is always a class available for them!
 

Our custom created LIV fitness classes are offered on our Optimal platform.  New on demand classes are added daily to Optimal.
